Norway – fjords, mountains & midnight sun

Recommended for:

Meetings
Concentives and Events
Nature-based Incentives / Teambuilding programs
Cultural discovery & sightseeing programs.

Best time to go:

May – August (summer season)
December – May (winter sports programs)

Norway is the least densely populated country in Europe and the official slogan of the tourism authority ‘Powered by Nature’ is true on more than one level; absolutely spectacular landscapes of towering mountains, narrow, picturesque fjords, majestic glaciers, dramatic coastlines and innumerable islands are the prime attraction of this rugged and fantastic country. Towns are few and far between, yet always worth a visit with their quaint multi-hued wooden houses and uniquely Norwegian feel. Even the capital of Oslo feels more like a quaint town than a cosmopolitan capital, yet offers many world-class sights and activities. Summer time is temperate and pleasant with long bright days (midnight sun above the Arctic Circle) and offers a wide variety of outdoor adventures in Norway’s spectacular nature. Winter time is ideal for winter sports adventures and outstanding snow-based incentive and teambuilding programs above and below the Arctic Circle.
